At MOSHI Naturals, we ensure that every garment is handcrafted and delivered with care.

    We currently ship across India. For international orders, please contact us directly at info@moshi.co.in.
  2. Processing Time
    All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

Made-to-order or custom pieces may take longer (usually 7–14 business days).

  1. Delivery Time
    Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days from dispatch depending on your location.
  2. Shipping Charges
    Free shipping on all prepaid orders.

No charges apply to COD orders or express delivery (if available).At the time of discounts we may changeon COD

  1. Tracking
    Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email.

Refund and Returns Policy

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of MOSHI garments. If you’re not completely satisfied, please review our policy below:

  1. Returns
    You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Returns are not applicable on custom or made-to-order garments.

  1. Refunds
    Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  1. Exchanges
    We offer exchanges for size or defects, subject to stock availability.
  2. Damaged Products
    If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at info@moshi.co.in within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.
